Sotogrande Hotel and Resort in Cebu

Close to airport. Did the job of getting a good night sleep before our flight. Good pool with full sunshine.

Felt almost rundown in the area, like stepping into the 80s almost but deserted.

First room no hot water took 2/3 flush of toilet had cockroach in my room only one elevator working would stop at many floors and go to top floor before going down prices where very high for food and drinks. Building have no been kept up use to be a nice place not so now.

Absolutely nothing. The bakery in the Reef (next door) is very very nice-great coffee, great staff, relaxing atmosphere

As I checked in at 11.30PM staff suggested I wait for maintenance to change a light bulb. I said no way was I waiting it was close to midnight and I wanted to go to sleep. They never gave me a key card to my room (said they needed to sync the card and never did) so every-time I wanted to enter my room they had to call security - which as time went on became more laughable. I have never ever not been given a key to my own hotel room. Towels were grey and water from the shower was black (safe to say I didn’t shower) Private beach and pool is very rundown. I had to carry my own sun lounger to the beach. There are many hotels in this area and I don’t recommend you ever booking this one.

It was average and functional. Close to the airport so convenient.

It needs an update and I didn't find it to be the cleanest. Stains on carpet, etc.

Friendly employees

Very bad condition of the whole complex. Dirty bathroom, loud rooms, dirty towels, elevator doesn't work well. Bad breakfast with cold food. No beach towels available.
