Frokosten var elendig alt var kaldt og det virket gammelt.

Sehr großes Zimmer und das Personal war sehr freundlich.

Naja ... mmm ... wo fange ich am Besten an. Alles sehr überteuert weil es sehr abgelegen ist. Das Hotel geht in die Brüche. Fahrstuhl funktioniert nicht richtig, die Zimmerkarten verlieren ihre Funktion (nicht nur bei uns), das Frühstück ist sehr sehr dürftig, das Fitnessstudio ist eine Katastrophe alles defekt und sehr dreckig, das gesamte Hotel ist sehr marode und nicht empfehlenswert. Für 1 bis 2 Nächte ok.

Customer Service- the way they handle the guest is good. Shout out to Front office ladies. keep up the good work. And to housekeeping personnel as well.

Only the room was spacious

Paying for the breakfast was a waste of money, they barely had anything to eat and the room was spacious, however all the amenities were old and worn out, the washroom was stinking , they had only one socket in the entire room and the location is not all that convenient. Overall the service, amenities, and breakfast needs to be improved.

The location.

1. We availed 2 rooms (rooms 306 and 307). When we checked in, only one room (307) was available at that time, we had to wait for the other room to be ready. The staff instructed that we can stay in room 307 first and they will just call us once room 306 is ready. We waited, and did not receive any call. We had to call them using our mobile phones because the phone in the room was defective. To confirm if room 306 was already ready. 2. The bath tub was slippery, there was no rubber stopper. Which was dangerous to our elderly companion. We asked for the rubber stopper but only gave us a towel. 3. With the phone in our room being defective, we had to call the front desk using our mobile phones. They only fixed it a night before our checkout. 4. The aircon remote was broken, my sister was not able to sleep on our second night there because we could not turn on the aircon. 5. The electric kettle was broken. 6. The paint on the bath tub was eroded and it clogged the drain, we had to take it out of the drain every time we take a shower. 7. We complained about the wifi, but they only said the wifi is really "unstable" and they cannot do anything about it. The wifi cannot reach room 306 and it's spotty in room 307 8. The staff were not accommodating. No greetings or welcome. And they intentionally do not make eye contact so nobody will approach the front desk. 9. They did not grant us the senior citizen discount because we did not walk in.
