overall the facilities, great attention and the variety of foods

2 things: 1) as I did my reservation via booking that I was not allow to receive the benefit of transportation directly for the hotel 2) the beach is not able to use it

I met a few lovely staff

This place was horrible! All they do is try to scam you! The food was okay but they literally had birds eating off the buffet!! Most of the staff was mean!!! Makes me feel like I owed them something! I loved Cabo but I feel like my experience here messed it all up!!! Drinks was watered down food was meh! These people need to be humbled ASAP
