"RIU party and swim up pool bars were great as well as the ocean access with a pretty view of the arch food was okay they"

Lots of pools,bars, and beautiful view to the arch and RIU parties were awesome

When we checked in it wasn’t welcoming no hostess to welcome us with a drink the check in front desk guy handed us our room keys, but didn’t direct us towards how to get to our room, nor did he say where we could find activities for the day didn’t say how to check into restaurants customer service was not good. Checking out the person that helped us out was to busy holding a conversation with a family member on the side and trying to multi task and taking up a lot of time that was unnecessary on top of that charge us an extra fee that he had mention wasn’t paid and added up correctly when processing our check in the reasoning wasn’t clear of what he was charging us however it was very unprofessional of him not having the time to explain our extra service fee he was to busy continuously holding the conversation with his family member on working hours.

Buen entrenamiento, buena atención Variedad de comida y muy ricos tacos

Muchas distancias que caminar 🫩 pero si agregarán servicios de carritos de golf para acercar a la gente fuera bueno

Instalaciones con gran variedad gastronómica, personal muy atento, siempres dispuestos a ayudar, instalaciones bien cuidadas

En la parte de limpieza pedimos tanto por app como por llamadas a recepción la atención a horas específicas que se podían programar, y las dos veces no atendieron la solicitud a las horas, inclusive nos realizaron un cobro excesivo de casi 1200 pesos mexicanos por una sabana con una mancha que era perfectamente removible

"Lots of activities but dirty"

The breakfast was great and there was lots of activities for kids.

We had tons of gnats in our room and that felt so gross since there were no plants. And there were plates all around the pools that birds were getting into and pooping on everything and I felt like they needed far more people picking up plates and food constantly.
