Actions match words.It's always a good sign. It is clear the propriety. He says what he wants to do, and from what I can see, i've done it and done it really well. Next time i'm in toledo I don't have to wonder where to stay.This will be the place!

The curtains were great for making it dark in the rooms, but it would be nice to have face curtains as well. So you could have white and privacy. The windows by the pool has that, but the outside front did not.

Business systems - difficulty in producing an invoice

All staff were courteous and accommodating. Place feels very private.very comfy beds and pillows except for an extra cot that was so uncomfortable and not worth the price. A folding bed would have been better to sleep on.

1. Stayed at the Queen sized room beside the kitchen. There was a stench coming from the kitchen sink. Probably from the grease trap. 2. Rented another room upstairs and paid P500+ for an extra bed. The cot was very uncomfortable having barely an inch of foam support. The cot itself was also uncomfy and the wood creaks everytime you move. 3. Not a big one, just a little nuisance. We missed the place a few times coz they repainted from mostly starkly white to a darker orangey color.

Looked all a little run down.

The bed was comfortable.

The spa tub had cobwebs and was dirty. The pool was dirty. There was not a lot of information about the amenities.
