Room we rented were supposed to be okay

Unprofessional Staff. Issues with room upon checking in (I am not sure if they checked the rooms before arriving but we still got problems upon arriving considering that we arrived late which gives them time to prepare). So many food on menu yet only 3 are available. Long distance rooms.

All, so dirty, insects everywhere!

We stayed in the quadruple room for the first night. We upgraded to the bungalow unit. We checked other options but they said those were not available for our number of guests. The bungalow unit was great. It was clean. The view was great. We were literally above the beach. It was convenient to be close to the beach since we had kids with us. I personally loved the sound of the waves. It was windy when we stayed so it was nice to hear the waves while inside. There was a little window where you can directly see the ocean. For the price, there should be a water heater. A hot drink would be perfect after swimming. We were going to buy some hot water regardless but no one was available. The toilet's water pressure was low. Everything else was great. The upgrade was worth it.

I'm going to be honest. The quadruple room was a disappointment. My brother was back from Japan after two years and we really looked forward to this trip. It was heartbreaking. It seems like no one has stayed in the room for a while. It was dusty like it was not cleaned for a while. I got sick. I got crazy rhinitis to writing. We could not rest well because of bed bugs. It may be hot some other days but luckily it was windy when we were there. Also, the bathroom did not have sink and the water was slimy like there algae were about to grow. The place needs a lot of cleaning and renovating. They should remove the option from the app for now for renovation. They should be considerate to other people. Making the space available when it's not ready is not very humane.
