The rooms are very poor maintained. No locks especially the toilet/bathroom. Tv broke, fridge cannot close properly, furnitures are all old and rotten. Cleanliness very bad. It needs refurbishing please.

Everything! It's a total scam!!! We arrived at the reception in a tricycle. When we put down our things from the tricycle (we have 4 pieces of luggage for 4 people) the woman at the reception told us that we still need to walk for 4 mins (which is not true) to reach the Garden House. It is 8 mins walk and it is nearly impossible to go there with luggages because you have to walk on a very uneven road, beside the beach and a lot of stairs to reach the garden house. This could have been prevented if they communicate clearly or if they put the details on the booking description. The reception lady is not being helpful at all and showing a bad attitude. They don't care at all if the expectations of the guests are met. The house is not presentable at all. It is also not clean. You won't feel that you are on vacation when you stay here.
