Staff are terrible . We had to pay additional money for room. Front desk staff can’t be found

Staff are terrible

The property is okay, 2 bedroom with 1 living area only tissue paper was provided, no internet either.

The service, the staffs weren’t coordinated. They have strict rules for their check in time resulting for tourists to populate their lobby, reception area is far from the room as well. We were able to get our room past 2 pm but staff kept on insisting to check out on time. They didn’t allow offsetting of our check out time since the room want available by 2 pm.

Location and staff

The room was so tiny for child and three adults. Aircon was not working properly, no plugs for the bedside lamp. Toilet quite thin and not enough. However location and staff were excellent and guide for the snorkelling was fantastic.

ليس نفس الصوره وفوق هذا اخذ على مبلغ اضافي بحجة ان اغير غرفتي وكل الغرف اللى عنده سيئه ماتسكن نهائيا والحمام مشترك مع الغرف الباقيه.. اسوء مكان سكنت فيه..

Het gedeelte waar de winkeltjes zijn was prima. Alleen je wordt continu gevraagd voor de excursies

De kamer met seaview was niet meer dan een oude shack, echt zeer slecht, en doordat daar geen airco aamwezig is zeer warm, de 4 persoonskamer is ook slecht omdat er excursieverkopers daar tegen aangebouwd zitten. Slapen tot 12 uur zit daar niet in

Location is good. It is a 5-10 minute walk from Panagsama Road where all the bars and restaurants are. The beach is about 10m from your room, and so is the sardines attraction. There are nice restaurant/cafés right outside.

The room was very basic and ill-maintained. There is only one dim light bulb, and no mirrors. The small AC did not make the room cold and is louder than a boat's engine. The hole for the AC was clearly made for 1hp or 1.5hp unit, but they replaced it with a much smaller unit, haphazardly held in place using bits of styrofoam. It also drips water into the room. Next to the room was also a diving gear rental place and the workers there start talking loudly at 7am; they play mobile games and scream throughout the day.

Put some toiletries in the room: tissue, shampoo, soap, toothbrush kit, etc Put an electric kettle for the hot water Put in the room your contact numbers, menu if available And most importantly, inform the guest that if they need something, just inform them and provide your number

I don't like the behaviour of the staff when we arrived.
