Mike's Dauin Dive Resort

We stayed for 7 nights at Mikes, and did 11 dives with them around Dauin and at Apo Island. From the moment we arrived we felt very welcome by the friendly and caring staff. The dive guides and boat crew were excellent, and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience and didn't lift a finger. We dived with Raul who worked tirelessly to find interesting critters, and there was never really a dull moment. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable and surroundings were well maintained with a nice pool. Food at Mikes was great and very good value, and service was excellent throughout. Bonus points for the sweet dogs that lived there! Right on the beach, and close to other restaurants in Dauin.

Water pressure in the shower wasn't amazing, especially post diving, and the wifi was sometimes slow.

Great staff and dive guides very knowledgeable. Great shower and room size with lovely outdoor area. Accommodation good value for money; dive prices a little on the high side compared to Moalboal but in line with Malapascua. Mike is a great host and we would fully recommend staying.

Mattress a little soft for me but my wife liked it. Location great for diving but limited bars & restaurants in the area.
