Mike's Dauin Dive Resort

James the manager was a good guy and very friendly.. location was nice. Pool was good.. And the massage was very good. .Peter the guard was nice and funny.

The owner and family was not guestfriendly. Not open and no any goodmorning.. And the staff , some very nice and friendly, but a few a bit grumpy Breakfast was poor and need to pay extra for a second coffee.

Beautiful resort. The staff is very nice and helpfull. The dive shop is very proffesional. The dive guides know very good the dive locations, and the do a lot of effort to show you the good things to see while diving, and they also try to show you what you are interested in. The dive sites in front of the resort are very good voor muck diving, and Apo island was also very good for diving. Food in the restaurant was very good.

That i must leave after a few days to go back home

atmospheric place. Cozy and beautiful. I think it will be great for couples. Or for divers. Perfectly clean room. Modern, quiet and really cooling air conditioning in the room.

I didn't like the food at all. One dish was greasy. The second was dry. The smoothie was tasteless too. Breakfast also leaves much to be desired

The dive center is very professional, focused on Muck diving & Macro which isn’t my favorite but for those who do, great place. The resort itself is nice with affluent vegetation, a nice swimming pool. The staff is incredibly nice and welcoming.

The restaurant is good and reasonably priced, but wait time is a problem, up to 50mn waiting for our order. We booked the villa but regretted it a bit. The trade off is only one bathroom for 2 rooms for a coffee maker, a washing machine, a large kitchen and living room we had no use for since there is no where to shop for groceries nearby to cook. There was also a persistent smell in one of the rooms which was supposedly a new furniture… despite trying to address with the staff.. we lived thru a piss-line smell for a week.

Mike’s Resort was such a nice place. Clean, comfortable, incredible staff. Being a brand new visitor there the Philippines, I would have liked to see more Filipino foods options on the menu. And this isn’t a negative necessarily but something to be aware of, they try to keep an extremely quiet atmosphere here. My friend’s family was there, and they asked that the kids not make any noise. So maybe don’t bring kids. This is more of a retirement home vibe.
