El hotel está increíble viendo las calidades que nos hemos encontrado en otras partes de Filipinas. Es un resort como esperas! Con servicios,, limpieza, buenas instalaciones, .... Estuvimos muy a gusto y es el mejor hotel en el que hemos estado en toda Filipinas.

Tardan muchísimo al servir la cena. Incluso diciendo antes de las 5pm qué platos cenarás, tardan mucho en la cocina. Ve antes de que te entre el hambre porque la espera es larga. El personal del restaurante es majísimo y muy amable. El horario de recepción es muy reducido (a las 6pm cierran y ya no puedes consultar nada con ellos hasta las 9 o 10 am del día siguiente).

We stayed here with our young children and had a very good experience. The resort is located just outside Moalboal, but it’s easy to get to the village by tuk-tuk if you want to see the famous sardines or explore the town. The grounds are beautiful, with a lovely garden and several cozy spots to enjoy a meal. The staff are friendly and welcoming, and the restaurant serves very good food. We especially enjoyed eating in the different little corners of the garden. Snorkeling right in front of the resort is excellent, and it’s a big plus that you don’t need to go far to see plenty of marine life. The rooms are good, though they are starting to feel a little dated. The air conditioning units could use an update, but overall the accommodation was comfortable. We had a small issue during our stay, but the owner handled it quickly and very effectively, which we really appreciated. Overall, this is a place we can definitely recommend especially for families.

The staff was incredible. Jayvee, Joy, Lisbeth….everyone was so nice and accommodating.

The first five photos on booking.com have nothing to do with this resort. There is NO beach access. The closest swimmable beach is a quarter of a mile away and crowded with families. I booked a room with one queen bed and got two twins. The deluxe bungalow is in no way deluxe. If you are looking for a quiet getaway near a pool with drinks, great, but not what I was expecting after a 5 hour drive from the airport. Booking.com needs to more closely vet what these hotels are out putting on their site.
