The Nature's Green Resort, Bhimtal, Nainital

Nature's Green provided a relaxing getaway from the hustle and bustle. The location at the top of the village made it very quiet. Sat by the pool admiring the view and listening to birdsong was lovely. The beds are firm but very comfortable. Suresh and the team couldn't do more to help and the food was fresh and satisfying. Breakfast buffet was below average but the menu food was decent. Really enjoyed my stay and the local walking routes nearby

Location is good and facilties are good. Privacy for balconies is good for some but bad for few properties.

We had dinner there and the food ran out much before closing time and the food quality was not good. The staff charged us for water bottles which are generally given as per no. of adults and as per no. of days of stay at property. The pool water was giving smell of chlorine which was off putting.

It's a fantastic, beautiful resort with very kind and competent staff. Suresh was assigned to take care of us on arrival and was able to help with all sorts of requests we had. We made tours to the nearby lakes for which the hotel helped organise the taxis. The meals (we had breakfast and lunch) were very much to our liking, too. We also loved the option of playing table tennis. This is really a lovely place we would love to return to one day!

Feedback is that the soap solution is not coming out in bathroom. Then it is fixed,but still the issue was there. Informed and gave the feedback during checkout.
