The Nature's Green Resort, Bhimtal, Nainital

Location is good for a peaceful stay. Away from the crowds. Full of greenery.

The duplex room that we had booked wasn’t available due to a leakage issue. The rooms we were transferred to were dirty and the bedsheets had stains. Had to inform the staff multiple times to get it cleaned.

The people were fantastic

We had such a lovely stay at Nature’s Green Resort! Manager Chandan, Head Chef Prakash, and attendants Dayal and Ankit went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. They were so warm and hospitable, we felt like family by the end of our stay. The food was absolutely amazing & needs a special mention – great portions and every dish was bursting with flavor.

The resort itself is peaceful and surrounded by beautiful nature. It’s a bit far from the main spots, but that added to the charm.

Owner was generous enough to waive off dinner bills for our stay looking at our complaints regarding hygiene and cleanliness of rooms. Property is really Awesome if well maintained especially the Family Studio which we had booked.

Poor Cleanliness and Hygiene. We had arrived on a Peak day and staff did not clean the room, linens etc. even though we had checked in very late and they had ample time for it. We had to request to change all linens. towels and it took extra 2hours where we ended up waiting. One whole day TV was not working and they got it fixed next day.
