The food is alright

The service and the room is not clean

Breakfast and dinner is good

Food was good. Kitchen staff were good.

The spa is not part of the hotel - so when I didn't bring money to the service and told them to charge to the room they couldn't do it. So I told them to wait I will come back and pass the money since it's in my room. While I was taking a shower they were badgering my door bell non stop that I had to stop halfway to pay them. This is not hotel like behaviour. The masseuse was good. But the the 2 girls and 1 guy in the front desk need to be looked into. They don't have airtel signal in the hotel, so I was fully reliant on data with no service. This is not mentioned anywhere. The front office staff- not all of them speak English. This is a hotel for Indians. Not ready for international tourists yet. I would say this is an aspiring 5 star hotel with alot of room for improvement

Even though it deep inside munnar location was good

There is no air conditioner to control the temperature inside the rooms. It was too cold. And a bit price too. The washbasin in the bathrooms was not draining properly. The food was bit expensive too.
