Everything is nice, a nice way to have a good get away life from the busy schedule of our life

location is good

False add on site about the free breakfast.

Range of Food offered in breakfast is good.

Poor Maintenance. Most part of the hotel are under renovation.

Stay was good. Staff were very polite and were ready to help.

The route which we had to take to the property was little difficult. Other than this everything was super good.

Serene location and the private waterfalls….

Not much…. but network coverage is a problem

Waterfalls

1. The room lock was not working. 2. The land phone was not working and they checked and went without repairing it. 3. The mobile numbers mentioned in the information paper were not working (tried 3, out of 2 were not working and the other was not attended by any). There were not enough toiletries in the room, then I had to go to reception due to this unavailability of the telephones. 4. The breakfast was only okay. Baked items were not fresh. The south indian foods were good. 5. They mentioned indoor games on their website and really they don't care about their guests. The damaged furniture dumping area with damaged billiards table with some other games, all are neither can use nor maintained. 6. Super noisy fan in the room. 7. Totally disappointed stay. (Waterfalls inside were the only exception) 8. Not value for money. It is not at all near to a 5* hotel/resort. Do not go there with the expectations of a 5*.

The View , Reception, restaurant, .. All surrounding . Staff Jijay Lakshmy especially who welcoming us with a care and guidance with a good smile . She is really star of the hotel .

Toiletries, smelling at toilet , internet weak.

This place is really good. Staff, Food, spot everything is good
