Any question or concern completely vanishes in his hands, leaving us with nothing but peace and the reassurance that we are fully taken care of. * Zia at the beach bar- a personification of pure light, whose smile can outshine the sun itself. Her kindness and the joy she selflessly gifts to everyone stay with us like a warm ray of sunshine throughout the entire year. * Mustafa in the main restaurant - a wonderful representative of the new generation. His care is so delicate and profound that within a minute, you forget you are in a hotel. He truly makes you feel: "You are not just travelers. You are home. You are our most cherished guests." Veldig hyggelig personale, spesielt Nikitikas som sørget for at min kone ble tatt godt hånd om grunnet sine allergier!

The room looked even better than the pictures and everything was super clean and they cleaned and tidied up the room twice a day , the staff were super friendly and warm and the location of the resort was so unique.

Sérieux du service : chambre nettoyée à moitié avec absence de serviettes de bain un jour (serviettes que nous attendons toujours malgré appel a la réception) Buffet petit dejeuner et diner très moyen - sans rien de vraiment local Dommage car l’accueil initial du personnel etait 👍🏻

L’emplacement à Elounda La petite plage Le monsieur qui conduit le buggy est adorable Vue sympa et endroit très calme et bien agencé, très mignon Piscines super mais il faudrait en chauffer une !

Le petit déjeuner, il faut parfois attendre 1/4h pour avoir un café - organisation à revoir Pains et viennoiseries industrielles, très peu de fromages et de charcuteries, pas de plats cuisinés Inadmissible dans un 5 étoiles de devoir payer en plus pour certains transats qui sont pourtant bien affichés en photo sur booking (et non précisés en supplément) J’ai eu le malheur de mettre 10 minutes à m’installer avec mes béquilles et j’ai dû tout remballer ! Sacs de serviettes qui restent la journée dans les couloirs Salle de sport réduite à rien

Prachtige locatie. Prima onderhouden en vooral buitengewoon vriendelijk personeel op alle niveaus. Ieder verzoek wordt onmiddelijk opgepakt. Wel heel veel niveaus in het complex dus goed ter been is punt.

Het is ook een plek voor all inclusive. En dat levert voor ons delema. Kleinschalig versus massa toerisme. Jammer dus. Was vooraf wel duidelijk en is dus keuze van ons.
