Amazing! We stayed for 4 nights in a room with a private pool. Cleanliness, service level, food — in short, everything was perfect.

The private pool in the room isn’t heated, which happens, but if it were heated it would have been absolute perfection.

Everything about the hotel is excellent. Our 3rd visit and if anything, the standards have improved. From the cleaners to the management, the hotel is exceptionally well staffed. The gym has been improved with new equipment(enough to keep the foolhardy who need the fix). Lobby bar and beach bar always on hand for refreshments and decent cocktails. We always go half board but if you fancy an evening elsewhere, you can swap the evening meal for lunch menu instead. Need a taxi into town or AgNik?! just ask at reception and one will wing it's way to you within 15mins. Food plentiful and always well cooked. Food intolerance!? Catered for. We really do love this hotel

Un très bon resort, idéal pour se ressourcer. J’ai particulièrement apprécié son emplacement exceptionnel, la gentillesse et le professionnalisme du personnel. Nous avions choisi un bungalow avec vue sur la mer, ce qui offrait un panorama magnifique à toute heure. Les petits-déjeuners sur la terrasse étaient un vrai moment de plaisir,

Room was quiet and clean.

Staff was not very friendly (Beach Bar more than others) and seemed annoyed at times with their roles, the availability of food throughout the day was poor, pools were extremely cold, laundry service did not deliver on time, pool table and ping pong table were not well kept. Overall we were disappointed and would not return. They seemed more interested in marketing hype than actually delivering a good product. For what you pay the service is just awful. I just don't understand the high ratings I see on this place from other guests.
