Very nice location , nice rooms , good food . The menu however is the same each week .

The resort has everything to be a great resort But ...fails some reasons below : The front desk is not very welcoming for a 5* The gym is small old and lacks of apparel. Entertainment is very poor and with exception of the the very good Dj once a week nothing happens They withdrew yoga lessons

Beach was the best!!!

J’ai aimé le concept village avec les chambres terrasse piscine, la vue sur la mer, le deuxième restaurant le Mirabello est incroyable, la vue est exceptionnelle.

J’ai été déçue de constater que, dans un hôtel de ce standing, il y a eu à deux reprises, un manque de bienveillance .Mon anglais limité a entraîné une perte de patience de la part de deux employées, que j’ai trouvées ni chaleureuses ni souriantes, ce qui est dommage pour un établissement de ce niveau. Dommage aussi qu’au bar de la plage, on ne puisse plus consommer de jus de fruit, pressé à partir de 17 heures, car plus d’orange! J’ai été dérangée à plusieurs reprises par les femmes de chambre du soir qui frappent fortement en hurlant derrière la porte s’il y a quelqu’un . Alors qu’il suffirait de frapper doucement d’ouvrir la porte et de vérifier s’il y a quelqu’un pour faire le changement de serviettes. Et pour finir, dommage qu’il n’y ait pas vraiment de plage .

We stayed at Aquilia Hotel on an all-inclusive basis and absolutely loved our experience! The food was excellent — not only the buffet, but also three different à la carte restaurants where all-inclusive guests can enjoy selected dishes for free. One of the best parts was the amazing staff. Every single team member, from the reception to the restaurants and the beach, was always smiling, friendly, and genuinely interested in how we were doing. Despite the hot weather, they worked tirelessly and with such great energy. Special thanks to everyone at the Mirabello Restaurant and to Konstantinos for everything! The hotel is large enough that it never feels crowded or chaotic. It’s right by the sea, and the beach area with sunbeds is spotless. The beach staff are attentive and regularly check if you need anything. A huge thank you to Zia at the beach bar — she always made everyone’s day brighter and created such a great atmosphere there. We also joined the Ouzo tasting at the beach bar, which was a fantastic experience. Our room was spacious, spotless, and cleaned daily. The architecture of the hotel means there are quite a lot of stairs between the rooms and the sea, which is something to keep in mind, but it didn’t bother us. Lunch at the buffet was particularly delicious — I really enjoyed the midday menu. One evening, there was a Greek Night with a dance team, live Greek music, and a full spread of traditional dishes. It ended with everyone — guests and staff — dancing together, which was such a memorable moment. The sea here is beautiful, calm, and crystal clear. I also loved the hotel’s app, which lets you order food and drinks, book activities, and make reservations online — a great use of technology to make things even easier. Thank you to the whole team at Aquilia Hotel for making our stay so wonderful. With staff like this, success is guaranteed!

The all-inclusive concept in the a la carte restaurants was a bit unusual and complex since the majority of the foods and drinks weren't actually included. Still, the open buffet didn't have the same problem, so overall, it was okay.

Personnel parlant très peu le français mais c'est de ma faute j'aurais du mieux apprendre l'anglais 😄

Camera da rivedere nella manutenzione ordinaria e negli arredi. Non all'altezza di un 5 stelle Cosiddetta piscina a sfioro abbastanza piccola e poco scenografica Altre piscine troppo piccole e interne in realtà poco funzionali La camera non veniva rivista per la sera
