O ANUNCIADO NA INTERNET, PRINCIPALMENTE FOTOS, NÃO CORRESPONDEM À REALIDADE DOS QUARTOS. DENTRO DO MESMO TIPO DE QUARTOS À GRANDES DESIQUILIBRIOS DE CONDIÇÕES COMO POR EXEMPO A DIMENSÃO DE PISCINAS E VISTAS. O NOSSO QUARTO TINHA APENAS VISTA PARCIAL DE MAR QUANDO ERA SUPOSTO TER VISTA MAR, E A ÁREA DE PISCINA PARTILHADA CORRESPONDENTE AO NOSSO QUARTO ERA DIMINUTA EM RELAÇÃO A OUTROS QUARTOS DA MESMA CATEGORIA E PREÇO. A NOSSA ESTADIA FOI DE 3 DIAS MAS LOGO À NOSSA CHEGADA FOI-NOS INFORMADO NÃO HAVE DISPONIBILIDADE DE RESERVAS PARA O RESTAURANTE JUNTO À PRAIA. SE QUEREM SER UM HOTEL DE 5 ESTRELAS E COBRAREM-SE DOS PREÇOS QUE SE COBRAM, ENTÃO OS SERVIÇOS E CONDIÇÕES DEVEM CORRESPONDER, SENÃO SÃO APENAS UM HOTEL DE 5 ESTRELAS :).

The room had an amazing view and was spacious and had everything you would need to have a great vacation. The view is one of the most impressive views we enjoyed in any hotel before. The staff was amazingly friendly and the best was the Blue Dolphins Diving Center.

All good - there is nothing to mention here.

Overall the staff was very nice and friendly - A la Carte food was also of high quality.

The hotel is a bit in a state of past glory - it could use more refurbishment. A la Carte - Food options were good if you had the more expensive rooms - Buffet, including breakfast wasn't good. "Beach" area was too crowded though the water was very clear. Be careful if they offer you an 'upgrade' in our case the upgrade was a worse experience and we had to change rooms 2 times (ending up in the room we booked) because the upgrades were so bad.

The breakfast was wonderful with great variety.

You need to be fit!
