The hotel is on the beach but there are no sunbeds, neither at the pool and no beach towels so it’s difficult to relax There is a bar area with a nice view on the sea . They say it’s open until 10pm but every time we went it was closed so we couldn’t enjoy

הצוות היה נהדר, אדיב ומסביר פנים. החדרים היו מאוד מרווחים ונקיים, והנוף מקסים – ממש הפתעה לטובה ביחס לציפיות מהמלון. היה מים חמים לאורך כל השהות, וכמות מספקת של מוצרי היגיינה. בנוסף, קיבלנו בקבוקי מים, ואפילו דאגו לנו לסנדוויצ’ים ולמים כשיצאנו לשדה התעופה – מחווה מאוד נחמדה ולא מובנת מאליה. בסך הכול מדובר במלון בוטיקי, חמים ומזמין, עם תחושה ביתית ונעימה.

הייתה בעיה מסוימת עם הדלת, אך בסופו של דבר זה לא פגע משמעותית בשהות. המלון לא ממש קרוב למרכז, אבל נסיעה קצרה של כמה דקות בטוקטוק פותרת את זה בקלות.

O staff foi muito simpático e prestável. A localização é afastada do centro confuso de el nido e mesmo junto à praia, o que para nós foi perfeito. O pequeno almoço também era bastante bom.

O nosso quarto tinha um ligeiro cheio a humidade, nada de muito notório e normal dado o clima das Filipinas mas algo que talvez possa ser melhorado no futuro.

The whole experience felt incredibly intimate, from pick up to drop off. They had water ready for us when we got picked up and even prepared a bagged lunch when we got dropped off. There were only a few rooms at the entire hotel so it was very quiet and peaceful. I loved just getting to walk a few feet to the bar and hang out there all sunset. The free plated breakfast had a lot of options and was delicious. I loved how the restaurant was enclosed so there weren't many bugs and it was much cooler, making my meals more enjoyable. The sea room views were incredibly spacious and clean. They provide free filtered water for guests. Plus the views were amazing in every room and common space. I would 100% return to this property and recommend it to anyone coming to El Nido!

The wifi was really slow in the rooms I received a message from the property that there was complimentary pick-up service available in the El Nido Lio Airport, El Nido Town area, and Vanilla Beach area. But the complimentary service was only for the airport. For other areas, they help hail a tricycle and you are required to pay the driver. I also did not get to use the stand-up paddleboard even though I asked to, so I'm not sure if they have it available.

Hotel jest bardzo ładny. Ma malutki basenik i zejście na plażę. Bardzo ładne, czyste i wygodne pokoje.

Musiałam czekać na posprzątanie pokoju mimo przybycia po czasie deklarowanej możliwości zameldowania. Personel byl dość zakłopotany.
