Frangipani El Nido

The view was unbelievable i had the top floor room The staff were very helpful and assisting with everything i booked through the hotel the island hopping tours and also rented a car, you ask and they will deliver The food was delicious I did enjoyed my stay The location from the city center is about 15 to 20 minutes walk and there are tuk tuks everywhere

The rooms are not sound proof you can hear the motorbikes crossing the street

Such a nice place to stay! Upon arrival the staff were super friendly and helpful, sorted out all our details very quickly. Room is very nice, spacious and well laid out. View over the water to the islands is beautiful. On leaving, we got complimentary transfer to the airport and some sandwiches and water to send us off. Thank you to all the staff at Frangipani, we had such a great stay!

La situation sur la plage et le bar avec une magnifique vus sur le coucher de soleil

Les toilettes 1 peu bouchés dans notre salle de bain, mais une chambre agréable et cette vue magnifique Un peu trop de chiens errants sur la plage... Pas la faute de l'hôtel hélas

Hôtel quasi parfait, avec une vue magnifique du restaurant comme de la piscine. Restaurant de grande qualité. Mention spéciale pour le personnel très gentil et serviable, notamment celui de la réception.

Je cherche … piscine un peu petite j’imagine s’il y avait beaucoup de clients mais nous étions les seules à en profiter pour notre plus grand bonheur.

The view from the breakfast room over the beach and ocean was really pretty in the day time. Breakfast was nice (other than not having the first choice of breakfast available).

Despite arriving when the website said the hotel was open and food was available, and despite texting our arrival time (which they knew as they booked our transfer) and asking for food availability, when we arrived at 9.30pm there was no reception open and no food or drink available at all. We were shown to our room by security to find that the second bed had not been made up. After a few requests they did then bring some sheets but these were not clean with marks on them. The curtains didn't close properly, and the room was full of mosquitos. They provided a bug zapper which we had to use through the night. I was fully clothed and still got bitten. The bathroom smelled of mould. The pool was the smallest pool I had ever seen, it had no sun loungers, and the foliage was overgrown so no opportunity for sun even if there had been sun loungers. The pictures on the website are not what it looks like now. We left after one night and found a much better hotel, closer to El Nido that was significantly cheaper. I would not recommend this hotel.

We had an amazing stay at Frangipani - thank you Sheryl and team for making it extra special. Great location by Coron beach and only few minutes ride away from El Nido Centre, beautiful room & delicious breakfast / food. We also really enjoyed the pool area and the company of the four legged friends that belong to the hotel. We will be back :)

Highly recommend. Professional, friendly and efficient staff. The restaurant serves some of the best seafood we’ve ever had! Everything is hand made and prepared. Attention to detail. Location was perfect for us , near El Nido Town and Vanilla Beach. Lots of things to do around. The sunset from our hotel room and restaurant Cala was breathtaking.
