Ningaloo Caravan and Holiday Resort

We love the resort very much. First of all, late check in is very convenient here. Secondly, the location is perfect! Near to the beach and grocery.

Twin share room and the cabin had comfortable beds, amenities were good

Twin share- floor vibrates, you could hear everything that your neighbour talks - terrible Cabin- looked clean but had dog’s hair on the floor.

The studio apartment was overall comfortable

I was given a car space next to rubbish away from unit with steps to negotiate; we stayed 5 days and were given a worse unit than next door which stayed 2 days. They had proper car port. In hot weather it matters. I asked to be moved before other unit was taken. They were uncompromising. The manager intervened but was just as inept. I can only say that it was either incompetence or discrimination based on foreign surname. Yes it still happens in a discreet manner. Despite the staff shabby performance. The tiny studio apartment didn't need oversized table and chairs with a base as wife ad the top making it hard to place your feet anywhere. Be practical and provide less bulky chairs and table. The promotional picture of the caravan park is deceiving it shows a huge body of water which shows to be accessible by many units and sites. It's just an average swimming pool. So apart from the deception the ineptitude/or discrimination, the oversized table and chairs and the dusty car space instead of carport We still loved Exmouth.

We love the place, the confort and fan on room, all equipment on the kitchen, very big fridge and freezer. A very good place

We miss a mop and a basin to rince the snockling stuff The children room was a bit small

The location i found good. Everything was very clean, staff were very friendly. Toilets and showers were always clean and stocked up. Bed was comfortable.

I stayed in a lodge. The flooring was a raised wooden floor and it creaked a lot and you could hear everyone move. The walls were so thin you could hear everything too.
