The place is clean. The whole location is nice.

Had somebody try to enter my room at 01:00am on a Friday. Nothing happened but still not a pleasant situation. Next day the staff just said they were sorry. You can hear everything from the other rooms.

Great location. Easy access in & out of the site with the barriers. Loved the pool area, there is shade if you need it. Used the bbq area alot, which is cleaned daily by the staff. And was just outside our chalet so perfect. Lounge area was really homely and all the facilities within the chalet were ample for our stay. Air-conditioning & fans so made it easy to regulate temp. Little outside area was great. Not far to.drive to get into the national park for snorkeling and watching the turtles nesting on the beach

If I want to be really picky I would say the beds were hard. But every place I've stayed have all been the standard issue beds!!

Close proximity to the town and shops, great pool, kitchen and shower facilities.

Air con in the room wasn’t great. Lots of noise from adjacent rooms and outside so take ear plugs if you want a good nights sleep. Requested a floor clean in the room as it was dirty but they never attended.

The spa bath tub/shower was great but needs TLC. Air conditioner unit in lounge is noisy and didn’t work effectively

The shower stalls were very spacious, and the amenities as well as the room was nice and clean.

The floorboards were incredibly squeaky, and the room had very thin walls. You could hear other people's conversations, snoring, walking etc. There was tea/coffee provided, as well as mugs, milk and sugar however no kettle. That never made much sense to me.
