Excellent location, right on the beach. The surrounding greenery around the cottages was lovely. The staff (esp Aditya and Mohan) were competent, helpful and warm. Rooms were spacious and clean.

Pillows were cheap foam… “double” bed was in fact two singles pushed together

Location and se view was fabulous

Zero on hospitality and service. They charged us 32k per night which is ABSOLUTELY NOT WORTH IT. 1. Power cuts through out the day and night 2. AC which doesn't get cool until midnight 3. Rats in the room 4. No housekeeping or helpers post 10PM 5. No rules on guests partying with loud music through out the night- even if it means disturbing everyone in the resort. 6. Receptionist - Hopeless communication. It was my friends birthday and I requested for a cake and simple balloon decor in the room. She forgot to decorate the room when we sneaked my friend out and came to a very disappointing scene. When asked next day, she got defensive and started blaming us with zero logic explanation. 7. NOT WORTH THE AMOUNT SPENT FOR ROOMS OR FOOD - Pricing on par with TAJ but service is not even 10% of what we get there. 8. No proper WIFI
