The trees which make the place so green and making the air fresh and the place tranquil. The varied pools, the recreation areas.

Too far away to get to and a difficulty for those without private transport. The transportation within the vicinity was not at consistent intervals, the sea water was not a good one for swimming, waiting areas outside the buildings should have at least benches for service users to wait in comfort specially the elderly.

Owner and caretaker of the unit was accommodating.

Small insects/cockroach in the unit. Toilet won't flush, if it did, it would take forever!
