Property was clean. It was complete with utensils and other necessities. However, water in the faucet would often become yellowish like it came out from rusty sewerage.

Remedios was very accommodating and pleasant to deal with.

The unit was old and tired. It was stuffy inside. Can’t open the windows when the AC in the other rooms are on because of the heat from the compressor. The bedsheet has too much fabric conditioner and the scent was too strong. The bathrooms are too small for 2 families. The water heater was not working.

Walking distance to the beach and the pools, with different water activities like jet skiing, kayaking, boating, and the like for rental. Separate building for bowling and billiards with main ballroom and function rooms, private karaoke rooms, and video game center within the community.

Dim lighting on the streets from places of accommodations to swimming pools and the other buildings/condos. Offensive and foul-smelling trash left on the back stairs. Some condo units need fresh paint and regular maintenance and upkeep.

Beautiful location with amazing pool, nature, good for morning walk, beachfront, mountain view and room was furnished very well. We were able to cook meals by using their tools in kitchen. But there’s no seasonings so you should bring it if you need.

I have a chronic allergy. Room AC wasn’t clean up as well so I couldn’t stop coughing, running nose while I was staying there. And worst thing I felt annoyed, the owner required me 3.000 pesos as deposit and ask me to pay through her private account. I definitely couldn’t understand it, so sent inquiry to booking . com and they say I didn’t have to. Because of this, I was anxious about if my book had been approved or not until I arrived there. That was worst point.

The booking process - the description for this property is thoroughly misleading. It was not expressly stated that aside from the accommodation cost, one has to pay extra for the club's hefty registration fee, else totally forfeit access to the booked room and any advertised amenities. Booking.com was not upfront and sends the separate advisory only when the property is fully booked, trapping the customer with the full cancellation fee. This is false advertising to the highest degree! Booking.com, you have to revise your description for this listing and a couple of other ads related to this property. You can get top resort-like amenities elsewhere for substantially less.
