Additional expenses for everything. The property we stayed in (two apartments) had no towels or spare bedding, the small blankets they provided for the beds was pathetically sized and of no use. bathrooms dirty and general fixtures around the apartment not in good condition. The owner advised to bring towels last minute as we were leaving to drive to the complex.The apartment renting set up needs to advise what you are walking into for costs- beach access only between 6am to 6 pm. When I went in the tide there was plastic everywhere in the water which immeadiately put me off the place. In the morning staff were cleaning and raking the beach after 6am instead of before beach was opened. The cost was 1500 for adult and 800 for child….. other activities were pay as you go. Kids play area was half shut for maintenance and a ball pit for the kids with one ball depth only. There were aspects of the play are that were dangerous ( 0-7yr olds). Overall over priced accommodation, much better beaches around the Philippines than presented / found and hidden costs for a family group spoiled the holiday. Great if you pay 18m for a condo and become and exclusive member but for average family holiday give this a miss.

There is drinking freely available when we arrived.

There is an ongoing constrution on the building. No stairs from the 2nd flr to the 1st

The property is very clean and very near the beach. It is also spacious and cozy. Extra matress is also one of the good points in this property. The kitchen is very cozy as well, we were able to cook our food.

Some of the things in the room are not in good condition like the blinds which is broken so we can’t roll it up, body cream container is empty, no broom available.
