Luxurious Family Room Pico de Loro

Comfortable and ground floor (2 bedrooms, which able to accumulate 9 adults)

No allocated parking (not mention) Additional cost for beach and pool access (only mention when booking confirmed) Cars (joyride) cannot come into the apartment to pick up

Booking .com had confirmed our booking to the family room in Pico de Loro and payment to be made with the property owner. When we were about to arrive to Pico de Loro the owner message me to send her a 30% downpayment. Upon arriving to the gate I called her to tell that I am at gate and will pay her the total amount when we meet. But she told me that the room was already given to another customer. Due to this incident I lost trust and confidence to Booking.com

If the the booking is confirmed by booking.com with confirmation ID the owner should respect it and should not offer it anymore to another party despite a better offer.

Check in to property is very time consuming Many of the appliances weren’t working No toiletries and towels

The view, beach and swimming pool

The superior room was dirty, dusty and smelly. Upon arrival entering the room you can feel and smells of the room haven’t used for months.. carpet feels dirty, pillow cases have stain and dirty, no covers for full out beds, head boards are dusty, rice cooker not working, no water dispenser, second floor bathroom smells pee, lots of hair strands on the floor. We are all tired for long drive and not expecting this.

The property is a bit old but still nice and cozy. The owner offered us a better room option.

The extra payment for the amenities access is not really worth it. You can find a beach hotel with lower rates but the same amenities.
