Luxurious Family Room Pico de Loro

There is a problem with the bathroom sink, which I already reported, but no action has been taken. There is also no parking available for guests within the condo premises, so I had to park along the road outside.

I liked that my entire family were able to be accommodated and the place is clean and safe. The owner and caretaker are both nice

Knife is not sharp, hair dryer is not functioning, the rest are great. I liked the ideas that the owner provided an extra bed though we didn't not use it as well as extra comforter. The owner is generous of providing water to drink, liquid soap to use, tissues, shampoo and shower gel.

Miranda is near the beach good for walking too

No towels for guests, can inform guest next time to be prepared. There’s a problem with the internet service when we were in the beach club not sure what happened. But not a big deal and not controlled by anyone i mean. Other than that we were expecting the room will be two floors based from the photos “luxurious room”. Note to bring cash also to pay the property owners.

Nice scenery, I will recommend it to my friends. 😊

I like the room set up, cleanliness and proximity to the facilities within pico property. I could just walk instead of wait for the shuttle.

There were no stairs beyond the first floor (we were on the second floor). Only 1 elevator was functioning. Due to the volume of guests, it took forever to access the lift.

The owner is very approachable.
