Cocos Beach Resort

a good stay near the beach, can be improved, We had few nice days here with family, not eat here but menu looks good and promising , stay is good , good sea view and good staff, if you are looking for sea view this good is property , but there many nicer properties are in Palolem and Ourem.

We spent an amazing 8 days here . The reception & management team juggled bookings to accommodate our requirements. The whole team were friendly and helpful We loved the place

We stayed in a lovely garden room if we had booked earlier we would’ve preferred a sea view

I am very sorry to report, but I was displeased about many things for our three nights at this resort. Firstly, there’s a problem with cleanliness. Garbage at the foot of the stairs to the beach has been there the entire time. When they set up the lounges on the beach, they don’t sweep off yesterday‘s sand. When you go to the office on the way out to dinner and report there is no toilet paper in two of your parties rooms and come back late at night. There still is no toilet paper waiting for us. When we reported it to the manager the next morning, he said oh he must’ve forgotten. They encourage you to run up a tab for food and drink and then when I checked it, it was wrong in both directions, they put things on there that were not mine and then they also forgot to charge me for some things. The manager does not seem to know how to manage. And the only stairs to the beach are broken at the bottom with no continuation of the hand rail which made them very unsafe. I am sad to report that this was a big disappointment and we will not be returning to this place.

Location was excellent, staff were friendly and service was good.

I felt that my beachside cabin was rather oversold as although I had a view of the beach-I had to look over the tin roof of the bar. Only a minor gripe.

The location is simply outstanding. Rooms facing the sea could be a bit smaller for more than 2 people. They have a kitchen and shack restaurant with wide variety of cuisines from North Indian to Italian (loved the pasta). Generally safe environment and welcoming of foreign guests. Good place to sun bath with sun beds available at a decent rate.

Ultra Cool Beach Shack with palm trees, lush mountains and a crescent shaped beach as its backdrop on possibly the best place in South Goa. Easy Goan Vibes here. Barely 50 feet from the water. Complimentary Cocktails right on the beach loungers which are replaced by candlelight tables at night for a romantic dinner ambience. Bonfires are lit and nice mix of Pop, Rock, EDM & Bollywood hits make for an irresistible atmosphere on Palolem Beach. Had fun on the Beach and in the water & even slept some hours in the starry night on the balcony with the sound of the ocean waves to sing us a lullaby.

Whats good,.. house keeping staff. Food service staff. Mr Rajesh was accessible What's just okay.. reception and management What's bad... Room quality. Professionalism by staff. They won't care to say bye or thanks or welcome. Some restaurant staff will not speak at all..
