Cocos Beach Resort

We stayed here in a group of six over three rooms and it was lovely. The rooms were clean and the staff were attentive. In the restaurant and bar Loki and the rest of the team were lovely and always around if needed. We ate here multiple times and each meal was lovely, especially the prawn Thali. There could sometimes be a delay waiting for food so I would order before you were starving. We had lots of 241 cocktails too and they were lovely. We would definitely come stay here again.

Great location on the beach; quite but early in the season

The location of the resort is amazing if you want to spend a relaxing vacation on the beach.

The staff is more interested towards looking at non Indian national guests and groups of women traveling without a male companion. Almost everyday we had to specifically ask for water to be kept in the room. The cottages are not maintained properly with spoilt wood. This makes it very difficult to use the washroom for any purpose.

It was awesome property, love the location and cleanliness. Food was delicious and affordable.

Parking sign should be there although staff was very helpful.

The staff at cocos resort is very rude & arrogant. Would highly recommend not to visit their bar, restaurant & "ROOMS". We ordered a hookah which was not at all good & was a bit broken from the top. It's pipe had a lot of water in it & the food which we ordered along with hookah also came after 30 mins. So, think twice if you are planning to stay here.

Behavioural issues of almost every person working in this resort, horrible service, they will treat u as if u r staying there for free, I booked some room got some current room, when asked I was told this is available if u want take it or else u can decide, too much attitude

One of the most unprofessional staff and management also food quality is poor and I can call it very very bad service. I booked my bookings from MakeMyTrip and I had specified i want ground floor cottage beach front which I had booked i called almost 2-3 times emailed the hotel and MakeMyTrip but I never got the rooms I wanted and management kept telling me don't book through MakeMyTrip and you should had booked with us directly if you wanted room of your choice I even had heated arguments with the management and staff which was waste as very unprofessional staff, the ac service was done while I was staying even room service was given on day 1 but day 2 the bartender Monu said ask your kids and family to come down and eat your meals in resturent there is no phone no one picks your calls and even check out I had to ask to take the bags till my car overall very bad experience so family must avoid such property.
