Cocos Beach Resort

this was the most beautiful setting in for some beach bungalows Cocoa Beach was the best bungalows on palolem beach really clean beautiful, beautiful view, hot showers, comfortable beds, air-conditioning and the staff were so so helpful and lovely. Heidi recommended if you are going to go to the beach and do not want to rough it have a bit of luxury in the beach bungalow it was fantastic and the food was amazing

The location is nice, the huts are simple and clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The food tastes great and during the day there are sunbeds and umbrellas at the beach and you can order from the restaurant.

Only downside is the noise. The huts are directly adjacent to the restaurant area. We stayed there for 5 nights, three of those nights there was music so loud that you just could not be in the room until 11 pm. On the national holiday there was party up until late at night. All other bars on beach had already closed at midnight and it was impossible to be in the room, the music was terribly loud, windows vibrating, so we had to wait outside. After that, unfortunately, it wasn't quiet. The staff was talking loudly. Which is really unfortunate, because everything else was really fine. But we would definitely not stay here again. Sadly, the party aspect wasn't indicated in the description on booking.com.

Cocos Beach Resort was unfortunately not a clean and peaceful place as we expected. We checked in a room with a dirty sheet in our bed, dust and dirt under the bed, uncleaned toilet seat and dirty carpets in front of toilet and room door. The restaurant was not clean. The food we ordered (only once) was plain/basic/had a long waiting time/came wrong and therefore expensive for its quality. Quite loud music is played in weekends until midnight and unfortunately the same goes on in week days too. We are sorry to write this but the he place needs some serious maintenance and care.

Great sized rooms with verandah right on the beach front. Picture perfect. Friendly and efficient staff made the stay extra special for us. Well worth it. Dinner on the beach was great with fresh seafood every night. Fully air conditioned and a beautiful breeze. Very safe and clean also.
