Hospitality demonstrated by Mr. Harish & the receptionist...

As usual, the spring mattress. Even in Paris, Lisbon, Cochin - all IHG group hotel's....this unique problem is never resolved. The mattress are good for " resilient clients" unlike me.

"Good location and sea view. Price of the property was high. Room maintenance was not satisfactory. Food was ok"

Location was good. Direct sea view from the balcony and access to beach are plus points.

Price was exorbitantly high for the facility.Room maintenance was not good. Some switches were defective. Flaps of Exhaust fan of one of the rooms was not functioning. Veneer of of the of one of the rooms were displaced. Swimming pool was too small.

rooms are very small and very old even door was not locking properly. mattress was very bad cant sleep in such mattress

The beach in front of the hotel is amazing!

The lower floor rooms have a window that shows a complete mess that is hidden on the back wall of the rooms. The light lamps were almost falling showing a lack of maintenance of rooms. Also the private beach in front of the hotel should be preserved clean so guests can really enjoy it
