"It’s a pleasant stay, with poor value for money !"

Very courteous and helpful staff & clean rooms

I would only call it as a boutique hotel /guest houses & not a five star property ; a total of 20 guest rooms spread over maybe 4 grounds with a small breakfast spread. But the price for rooms / food is too high for the amenities and ambience provided ; this pricing beats the real 5 star beach fronts

"Lovely hotel but location not great for going out."

Helpful staff in a well furnished hotel overlooking a beautiful beach. Could be accessed from Varkala in TukTuk for about 250Rupees.

Beach was quiet with no facilities. Hotel over 2k away from main town beaches and restaurants. Walk on either the beach (low tide only) or cliff top ruined by staggering amounts of litter - worst I've ever seen on a coast, when it should be beautiful.

Amazing location on the beach. Nice pool and breakfast and pleasant rooms.

Bad expensive wine and staff didn’t know how to organize surfing, but nice enough overall. Next to building works and loud mosque.

"Not worth the money"

Good location

The complimentary breakfast was not good at all. The rooms and the bathrooms were too congested and small for the price. Definitely not worth the money!

Restaurant at the cliff side where I watched sunset and had dinner and Tea every evening! Beautiful

Some staff were slightly weird around the pool. Not too much hangout space other than the cliff side.this
