The architecture and the overall vibe was amazing.

Cleanliness was not upto the mark and staff tried to make up for it but realized it a bit too late.

Neat and clean rooms, good food and comfortable stay

Gym could be better. Shuttle to beach could be more frequent. Shuttle from beach could be nice! Pool cN get overcrowded

The lobby and entrance. The staff in general were very friendly except for a few on check in. Breakfast was ok.

The rooms were extremely small and definitely required a refurb.We had to move twice due to shower flooding the room,tv .not working.However the second room we had problems with termites and our case was covered in sawdust.We then got upgraded to a much better room on the opposite side of the hotel,but even this was dark and gloomy,furniture such as a nest of tables and a desk are a total waste of space,should be replaced with some drawers. I definitely would not class this hotel as 5 star after staying in other Indian properties which definitely were.

A very nice Portuguese style hotel with excellent staff service . The GM , Mr Ankur is very involved and heads a very courteous and caring staff team who are always on their toes to extend guest comfort level. Rooms are well appointed . Sanjiv and Alyaan took special care to make our stay very comfortable and memorable .Location is very convenient with candolim market and beach at walking distance . Many good eateries nearby . Breakfast spread is pretty vast and very delicious . Swimming pool is nice and clean . The overall ambience of the hotel is very pleasing .

It’s a lovely property. Well appointed rooms. Actually solved a cab issue for me which is actually pretty hard to do in Goa. The food in the restaurant is delicious. Breakfast is good but not great. Perfect for a quick stay.

Just had dinner at the Italian Trattoria! It was in their main restaurant so it wasn't specifically an Italian restaurant. We went early so lacked bit of atmosphere. However the pasta we ordered was delicious! Good service, piping hot good, very tasty.
