Beach Albatros The Club - Aqua Park

Very bad staff

I canceled the reservation after i reached with my family at the reception as the staff there was very bad specially Bishoy , he wanted to take extra 20,000 EGP with no justification and i had to cancel and make reservation at other hotel.

What i liked most is the safety measures by all staff members especially on the pools and aqua park. Mr. Hamada’s service and hospitality is fantastic, he always made sure that we are well occupied. The beach is sandy and wonderful. Many pools with lots of variety. Aqua games are great and suitable for all ages. Its a great hotel for families and kids with lots of activities. Kids club has a very active team keeping kids busy. Very much liked the football, mini golf and padel yards.

Sometimes you can’t find a sun bed at the beach. Same for the night show area, tables don’t occupy all guests. Food in the international restaurant is tasteless. Food is moderate in general. Variety of drinks could be better. Some staff members need to be better in communicating with local guests.

Everything the hotel location , the spacious rooms , the staff hospitality , the great vibes the animation team does , the food , the Aquapark , the view from the restaurants Everything was just great

I had the pleasure to meet Mr. Bishoy who helped me tremendously with the misfortune of losing my car registration, which I realized was missing after I left. He (Mr. Bishoy) and Mr. Ahmed Abulhassan Mahmoud in the front desk helped me locate it in the lost and found and sent it to me in no time. The resort staff dedication and help went above and beyond. Thank you!
