Very Close to nature, the Property is very well planned. Rooms have a nice jacuzzi. The location is far off from the village

It was awesome with related to location and ambiance

Property was good but it was very annoying that they dint have smart TV at the villa i had to request for the same but still it dint help me and lights were going off again n again i had to go out around 10:30pm and i informed security person and also on reception that lights are not there … and then he was like ‘’we usually turn of lights by 10:30 then i had to convince him that i don’t want to sleep so early and also they dint provide a complimentary (even after paying 13k for a night )Mineral water and the RO water which was offered in glass bottle was stinking like milk and most annoying part was dinner menu which was so confusing one had to choose only in between Rice and Roti staff was also not aware of it 1900 for 2ppl in which i asked for Spring roll and these ppl gave us only 2 piece of Spring Roll which was very disgusting after asking about the same staff said we only provide half of the starter dish and staff was only not weather Gst was included in it or not they charged us with gst n then we showed them gst already included in price i guess there were misleading us for the same. Overall approach was only profit oriented not customer oriented.

"Decent stay overpriced and property owner wants money upfront without even giving full services"

Nice location

Big disconnect of property rules as compared to booking.com . Property was reserved via booking.com but they contacted immediately to pay 30% advance which was not mentioned . On reaching property they charged security money of ₹2500 per room again that’s not mentioned in booking.com. Before giving keys they took 100% payment while every property charge during check out. This is not professional . While check out they didn’t refund entire security amount and transferred to bank account after 4 days . Such property should not be posted on booking.com as they have their own rules and they don’t trust visitors
