Nostravila Resort and Spa

Nice facility with good service staff. Especially one service boy named Bharath, who assisted us, was really hospitable and humble which made our stay peaceful and easy to avail any special arrangements.

Check out procedures can be made more smooth and courteous with heads-up calls instead of cutting out the power without any notice.

The Rooms and location is very good. Ground staff ( IRD Servers, security) are all very nice and polite.

Senior management, guys who sit at the reception or deal with the customers have no manners and zero hospitality skills. Biggest drawback of the place is the Food. The food is absolutely horrible. For example, we stayed there for 2 nights and ordered IRD both the nights, the first night we ordered a Arrabiata Pasta, but ended up getting a pink sauce pasta which you could not even eat, when I reached to their number 9 for the reception, the staff was rude and said what can we do. I think even if you google, you can understand an arrabiata pasta is a tomato based red sauce and not pink. I think If I ordered pink I would have got a purple sauce pasta by their management's logic. Overall because of the rooms, I was happy with my stay but major changes can be made to their senior management and food

They are fraud. They are not giving us our money back. We just have them the money for two days and had to check out after a day due to medical emergency.Made us a fool that u ll get ur money for one day through online mode as we paid online. Very conveniently not paying now. It’s a fraud and should be banned. They told us to ask booking.com as we had booked through your website

We were looking for a quiet place with no pollution during Diwali. Thats exactly what we got! A la carte food for lunch/dinner was also good. Wife also liked Netflix on TV.

No arrangement for driver stay. The private pool in the backyard had dirty water - so was unusable.

Breakfast was a good layout . Rooms are a good size . Near Clean

All good just the approach route should be improved.
