The Sea facing private pool villas we superb. The facilities at the villas were great

The main swimming pool was closed for maintenance and we were informed about the same only 2 days before our arrival at the resort

Excellent stay at Sheraton Phu Quoc. The hotel exceeded our expectations in every aspect. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The facilities were outstanding, especially the swimming pools and beach access. The breakfast offered a great variety of high-quality food. We highly recommend this hotel for families and will definitely return in the future. Thank you for making our stay memorable.

This was an excellent hotel with well kept grounds and overall clean and well presented rooms . The team here are incredibly efficient and very friendly and genuinely seem to want to ensure your stay is amazing. All hotel pricing is very competitive with local restaurants and shops.
