Far from airport On that side of island has not so clean water. For example, khem beach much clearer Food was delicious and taste, but for me, on the third day there were only 3-4 options to eat

We liked everything: from the lovely location, beautiful beach, fantastic swimming pools to the excellent, professional, kind and responsive staff. The Thai massage and the therapist in the spa were great and my wife enjoyed enormously. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. The guest services were always available and ready to assist. In one word - an excellent holiday resort and we shall be happy to return again!

There was nothing that we did not like!

As a family of four with two young children, this was our first trip to Phu Quoc — and the Sheraton exceeded every expectation we had. The staff were incredibly attentive, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the location is perfect if you're planning to visit the nearby theme parks. The food variety and freshness at the buffet was outstanding, and it was wonderful to come back to the hotel after a big day out and let the kids truly unwind. There is genuinely something for everyone here — whether you prefer the beach or the pool. We could not recommend it more highly.

Все в впечатление испорчено от сотрудников данного отеля, не компетентность и тупость. То воду забыли принести, то могут забыть про тебя на баре, то плату забыли принять! депозит только наличными или картой, что за древний век ??? QR через вьетнамский банк нельзя. Бассейн грязноват и много плитки отпавшей. Постояльцы данного отеля все за 45 лет. Вводить новые технологии вообще не про этот отель
