Amazing and helpful staff, good restaurants, pool and beach, roomy villas with private pool. All up a great experience for us and we wouldn't hesitate to come back and will recommend Sheraton Phu Quoc to friends and family.

Villa balcony is not kid safe

We chose the Sheraton Phu Quoc Long Beach Resort for one simple reason—we love great beaches and beautiful pools—and it met or exceeded our expectations in every way. The facilities are outstanding. Our room was spacious and incredibly comfortable, but the real highlight was the ocean view. We highly recommend upgrading—each evening delivered a spectacular sunset that felt like a private show from our balcony. The staff consistently impressed us with their attentiveness and warmth. Whether it was quickly providing extra towels or offering clear, helpful directions to nearby attractions, every request was handled with ease and a genuine smile. While we did explore some local sights, we found ourselves happily drawn back to the resort’s beach and pool again and again. The pool area was lively but never overwhelming. Finding a lounge chair sometimes required a short search, but it was never a real issue and always worth it. Poolside service was another standout—food and drinks were easy to order and were consistently excellent. In fact, the food throughout the resort was above par and, in many cases, truly excellent. The Doner Salad at the poolside Flavor Fair was so good we ordered it twice. The breakfast buffet at Daily Social offered far more choices than anyone could reasonably sample—and the evening buffet was equally impressive. We also dined at Il Tramonto and Wok & Curry, and both experiences were excellent. All of this, however, comes back to the exceptional staff. In particular, we frequently encountered one chef (originally from Türkiye—unfortunately we do not have his name) who went out of his way to ensure everything was to our liking—which it always was. That kind of personal attention and genuine care elevates the entire experience and is what truly makes this resort stand out. All in all, this resort delivered exactly what we were looking for: relaxation, comfort, and a beautiful setting. We would absolutely return.

Нет пляжных полотенец, в зоне пляжа где виллы.

Everything was superb and great, villa was awesome.

Близкое расположение к основным достопримечательностям севера острова. Бесплатные шаттлы до местных достопримечательностей и трансфер в аэропорт (правда из аэропорта очень сложно не зная ситуации поймать этот бесплатный трансфер).

Уборка номера (песок на простынях, постоянные просьбы принести вещи, которые по умолчанию должны быть в номере - ватные палочки, бритвенный набор), завтраки (выбор как бы большой, но выбрать то особо для русского человека и нечего), отсутствие свободных лежаков на пляже (ну тут конечно больше вина граждан бывшего союза, которые бросят с утра полотенце и уходят, не появляясь по пол дня), большое количество «пакетников».

Это классика! Шератон есть Шератон. Обслуживание на высшем уровне, были ситуации, когда приходили поздно на обед, но нас пропустили и дали возможность пообедать не спеша. Мелочь, но приятно. Пляж отличный, чистый.
