"Mediocre service for a *5 star* hotel. Will not visit again"

Location, pool and cleanliness is good!

Service! Staff and attitude not good for a 5 star hotel. We stayed at JW Marriott phu quoc before and the service was amazing! Over here the staff are ignorant and very reluctant to serve or help. Felt ignored most of the time. At reception, lobby, entrance to the restaurant you have to wait 5 mins before someone acknowledges you even if no one else is there. Forget about anyone helping to open the doors or anything when we are travelling with 2 kids and a pram. Even the front door entrance to the hotel we had to open our selves on one occasion. That has never happened at even a 3 star hotel. Kids club was a joke. They have a whole timetable of activities that never happened. Staff were not even aware of the activities and the kids club was unattended for about 1 hour and then the lifeguard came to mind it. Did not send my kids after that. At JW Marriot they had staff doing so many activities and interacting with the kids and over here was the opposite. Breakfast buffet was huge but not satisfactory. A lot of options but none of them tasted good. The quality was underwhelming. None of the bread, croissants were fresh. Very average flavours Also wifi was horrible. Very slow. We couldn’t do any remote working either. We will not visit again. No value for money Very disappointed

整體住宿滿意，泳池超大，早餐豐富。

訂3人房已收了2人房1倍半價錢，但只是提供2張單人床，加床要再加錢殊不合理。

"Overall was a good relaxing holiday"

Breakfast has great varieties, good holiday vibes of the surroundings due to high season.

Property looks a little aged though it is only 5 years old. Couple of F&B outlets were closed, were left with coffeeshop & Italian. Actually, I expect a little more of Sheraton.
