Nice location/beautiful views

Had to ask them to put on the hot tub…a few nights it was shut off. Spa and restaurant were closed so not much of a spa & resorts

The property is beautiful. The rooms are spacious and my partner and I had great space in the rooms with their own closets and en suite bathroom with incredible ocean views.

Unfortunately, this was the nail on the coffin with Staff Abel. We left LA bc of the fires and escaped to relax and breathe. Initially greeted kindly by Abel, which then turned into strange encounters with him in regards to our service animals that we have. He made a big deal out of getting extra water, towels, blow dryers, our service animals and even accused my partner and I of weird random things and would refuse to accommodate us for anything that was missing than what he could normally provide. I’ve been in the service and real estate industry for 10+ years and his service was AWFUL. He was rude and treated us very disrespectfully. That’s honestly why this property gets a low score. This is a Resort, not a motel 6. He also tried to say we could pay him cash for an extra night and then changed the price last minute. I felt like I was being discriminated against and extorted. Sadly, the spa was cold, I was so afraid to ask him for anything beyond his normal doings that I didn’t even ask that he heat the spa, which was also an allure to booking. Lastly, location is ok. It’s in the middle of the highway and you can’t walk anywhere. You have to stay on the campus and there is NO BEACH ACCESS just nice views. We left after our stay and felt very offended by the treatment we received and are now staying in a 3 bedroom villa is Rosarito Proper. Much more walkable and right on the beach for $50 less per night.

Customer service to a the best Abel y Mario are super helpful attentive and kind people.

We love the views and the friendly service

The room was cold. The spa was cold and no jets. no view. no access to the beach. The restaurant was closed for most of our stay.
