Vista Hermosa Resort and Spa

We have stayed here before. Location is perfect for my needs. The staff is what makes the experience even that much better. They are so nice and helpful. They make you feel welcome.

It’s not the properties fault but I didn’t like that the 30 minute massage was not included like it showed on booking. When I reserved my room it showed that a 30 minute massage was included. The hotel had no clue nor any idea that booking had this on their website. The manager had to contact booking.

Location

Booking said my rate included a 30 min massage and the facility did not honor it. Even when showing the email stating it was included in the fee. Also sheets were dirty with woman hair, public hairs and animal hairs on the comforter. I got the security guard to come up since from front desk was close he helped removed the sheets and even to his surprise there was a urine stain!!! This was the grossest thing ever!!!!!! Front desk was notified and management and did absolutely nothing. All front desk said was oh sorry about the inconvenience hope we don’t loose your businesses. The guard was the only one that showed empathy and let us borrow blankets to put over the mattress. Management didn’t even bother making this right!!!!! So upset I had been here before and this was not the same experience this was a nightmare!!! I wish I could upload the entire videos so everyone could see how gross the bed was

Security and staff was helpful

They closed the other half of the resort I think something bad happened I the staff was creeping I didn’t feel comfortable the guy from the restaurant saw us walking and right away he moved quickly to the other side of the office. I won’t stay there again.

Getting to this location was very safe. At first, I was afraid. The location had a closed parking lot. I felt so safe there. The rooms were beautiful and the staff was very nice. The pool was very clean.

Beautiful architecture and landscaping. Very lush and extremely clean. The entire staff is stellar and accommodating and fun. The ocean breeze is lovely. Growing up in San Diego and having abundance of Mexican food I have to say this is the best Mexican food I have ever had. The coconut shrimp pop in your mouth and has plenty of toasted coconut on it. Thedrinks are strong and delicious. My wife and I have been coming to Rosarito our entire lives and this was definitely one of our best experiences thus far thank you so much Vista Hermosa. You truly are beautiful!!!
