Advertised with kitchen but no kitchen appliances 🤔

Would not stay again as too many issues.

No bath plug was supplied. I had to ask for a plug to be able to use the bath, which was a very big effort as I had Bali Belly at the time. After a day of travel, I just wanted to recover in a long soak in a bath tub. The bath tap did not work, there was a showerhead attached to it so filling was very slow (see photo attached). Through Booking.com, I asked for a late check out of 2:30 pm and received a reply of "yes" (see attached screenshot). However, on the morning of checkout when I went to Reception to confirm they said, "No," you can stay until 1 pm but if you want to stay until 2:30 pm you have to pay 50% of the fee. This was disappointing because I had made departure plans based on their original approval of my request and then they went back on the word. In room 352, the curtains on the two large windows did not close all the way to the middle. They fell for short by quite a lot. Fortunately, I had a couple of hair clips to hold them together for both privacy and blocking daylight while sleeping. One of the bed covers had tears in it. This was reported to Reception and fixed by housekeeping.

أعجبني المكان بشكل كبير، كانت الإقامة مريحة للغاية وكان السعر معقول مقارنة بالخدمات المقدمة. المكان يحتوي على جو رائع ومريح، كما أن التصميم الداخلي كان أنيقًا وكلاسيكيًا. أحببت الأجواء العتيقة التي أضافت لمسة خاصة للمكان. كانت تجربتي مريحة جدًا وأتطلع للعودة قريبًا.

La piscine Le restaurant est très bon et peu cher Le personnel très gentil Les chambres sont spacieuses, les salles de bains très grandes, le jardin très beau et bien entretenu Le personnel nous a réservé des chauffeurs pour nos visites, a accepté de faire notre linge au dernier moment L’hôtel est très bien situé : le long de la rue très fréquentée pleine de bars et boutiques et pourtant des qu’on entre c’est le calme absolu! A 5 minutes d’une très belle plage

The room is beautiful - a palace! Everything just works😊 (except the safe). They let me check in an hour early👍

The breakfast is a complete joke - 1 (ONE) slender strip of bacon on the American ; and No fried egg on the balinese goreng? Juice OR fruit not both. A guy with a petrol powered and very loud whipper-snipper while we were all relaxing at the pool. The room is VERY dark ; you can't even read a book😳 put some light in there please. The toilet was struggling to flush during the heavy rain ; maybe some full up sewer system. The non-negotiable 1/2 room rate fee for late checkout even when they're only 25% occupied is a rip off.

Die Lage ist optimal. Der Zugang bzw. die Zufahrt ist direkt an einer viel befahrenen Straße. Die Bungalows hingegen liegen weiter innen und man bekommt von der Straße absolut nichts mit. Das war echt super. Man hatte seine Ruhe und das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt ordentlich. Prima.

Das TV war extrem klein und die Qualität der Sender nicht besonders gut. Die Innenausstattung bräuchte mal ein Upgrade.
