Fabulous location, central to where we wanted to visit. Lovely outlook across the golf course. Super efficient response from the owner when we needed it. Well equipped kitchen.

The ensuite was tired, handy to have though.

Spacious good location.

Was very tired and in need of repair the gate to the lodge was hanging off on arrival,crumbs under toaster lefter over food in cabinets dusty etc.

Excellent location. Lovely lodge. Been several times now and already booked to go again.

Excellent stay! Lodge was very well equipped in ideal location with stunning views of the golf course. Area very quiet too. 15min taxi from Alnwick and enjoyed a day out at Amble which was 20min drive too. Our Pup had the absolute time of his life on his first holiday! Thanks again so much for having us, will definitely recommend to family/friends! :)

The shower in the twin room was very dirty so didn't use, the main bathroom was cleaner however the shower head was broke and the shower didn't stay in place so it was a difficult shower. Also there were lots of hairclips in the single bed my daughter used which made me feel like the beds hadnt been changed. I liked the lodge and was impressed it had broadband and netflix etc. Also there was lots of stains on the duvet cover on the double bed and the duvet was feather so I ended up sleeping in a single sleeping bag which wasn't a great sleep if im honest. PROS - Generally it was well equipped, a great location and a nice lay out with extras like netflix and broadband Negatives - not so clean, no black out curtains so very bright early and bedding needs to be better and cleaner.

I've visited this site before , but this cabin was very well equipped and very comfortable. It is a lovely part of the country and the views were amazing. We even saw deer on the golf course.

The water pressure in the showers could have been better but we had a very enjoyable stay. We thought it odd that the twin room had the on-suite and TV (my daughter and grand-daughter slept here) while we had the double room. Not a problem , bit disappointing but the girls were thrilled.
