Malabar Hill

Amazing staff, brilliant location, away from the hustle and bustle of mirissa and weligama, but only a 10 min tuk tuk away. So much nature and calmness in the property and beautiful food, every meal we ate was outstanding. Never felt busy, as only 12 rooms, so really nice small feel to it, including small touches like paying for our last lunch as we stayed for 6 nights. Beautifully decorated and designed. Can’t recommend highly enough, one of our favourite hotels we’ve ever stayed in.

We had the best stay at Malabar Hill. The property is absolutely stunning- from the communal areas and pool to the villas. Very quiet and tranquil. Loved the yoga class and massages at the spa. Food was top notch.

It was perfect. Certainly comes at a price, but it was worth it for us and we will be back.

Don’t be fooled by the uphill tuk tuk ride to the property entrance at the top of the hill. This beautiful property offers seclusion, tranquility and excellent views of nature only a 15 min ride to Weligama. There is also a complimentary shuttle to Mirissa which my friend and I didn’t even use because we decided we didn’t want to leave the property on our last day. The food is stellar and the hospitality is out of this world as well. There are thoughtful touches throughout the property that make this place truly feel luxurious and serene. I plan on returning to stay here, it as a magical experience.

Location - in the hills with panoramic views amongst nature - simply stunning Decor - very tasteful, clean and beautiful interiors Staff - first class service. Very friendly, helpful and efficient staff. Nothing is a problem and they were very professional
