But dog noise while sleeping, no television in room overall stay was good

Très bon emplacement. Personnel très gentil et souriant. Nous avons aimé la proximité de la plage et le calme de l'établissement. Le petit déjeuner était très bon.

Le petit déjeuner était très qualitatif mais il n'était pas assez copieux pour nous et il fallait choisir entre sucré ou salé, nous aurions préféré un petit déjeuner sous forme de buffet.

The only thing I liked about this hotel breakfast was served nicely and food tasted good.

There’s a big list why I was disappointed staying at this place. First of all I was so excited about this hotel, I booked it for my bday to stay several days there, it seemed so cool, beachfront, nice room with wooden stuff and etc. I paid more for sea view room and once I was checking in they gave me the room with pool view. I went to asked to give me the room I paid for and it was a big drama. I had to fight for the room for sea view, we had to negotiate things and so on. The manager I was speaking to about this matter promised me to check availability of better view for the next day but he never did and never contacted me since check in. I told him I chose this hotel for my bday period to spend time there and this is what I got from so called “4 star hotel” - fighting for the room which I paid for, no cleaning provided for the room for 5 nights, no extra water everyday, no refill of toiletries, no changing towels, not having a small fridge in the room, eating breakfast with flies around you and doing nothing about it. The beach area was good only for surfing other than that it’s not a good idea to lay down for tanning because there were sand flies biting you which spread as an allergy on different body parts after several days. In a nutshell, this hotel wasn’t worth the money I paid for.

Wir hatten ein riesiges Zimmer im Erdgeschoss mit Blick zum Meer. Es handelte sich um ein Zimmer im Bereich der Bar, die aber am Abend immer fast leer und ruhig war. Die Zimmer waren sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und hatten genügend Platz für den Inhalt unserer Koffer. Das Personal war super lieb und hatte immer ein Lächeln im Gesicht. Manchmal gab es Verständigungsprobleme und längere Wartezeiten, aber insgesamt war die Atmosphäre und der Vibe einfach super entspannt. Die Unterkunft liegt direkt am wunderschönen Weligama Beach an dem man als Anhänger super surfen kann. Unsere beiden kleinen Kinder konnten zudem sehr entspannt baden, da der Einstieg ins Wasser der lang und flach ist. Auch der Pool war groß und schön für die Kinder zum Spielen und Tauchen. Die Hängematten am Strand waren ebenfalls super zum relaxten. Es war die beste Unterkunft auf unserer Reise. Das Zimmer wäre gereinigt worden, sofern man danach verlangt hätte.

Manchmal wurde bereits ab 06:30-07:00 Uhr vor den Zimmern gefegt, was leider auch zu hören war.

Synd att det saknades kylskåp och glas på rummet.
