Very closw to the beach

The staff was'nt nice.

The location is nice with views. This only reason to stay here as place is tired and need of an update.

Place has few lounge chairs for beach/pool. The rooms have no refrigerator or kettles. There seems to be no house keeping going on. It is very over priced for lack of service and up keep at place.

Really comfy bed and big balcony, very clean modern swimming pool. Very close to the beach. Surf board hire. Good location.

No fridge or kettle in the room and no bedside tables. The area around the pool was small and could only just fit the sun beds around it and there was a lack of sunbeds. (4) A lot of flies around the bar area where drinks are prepared on chopping boards etc.

schlechter Service und verhältnismäßig teuer! Wenn man Wünsche hat muss man wissen, welches Personal helfen kann und will (Zimmerservice) und welches Personal einfach keinen Bock hat (Rezeption). Der 2. Frühstückskaffee wird berechnet.

Veldig avslappet stemning på hotellet, bra muligheter for surfing og avslapping.

Litt enkel frokost sammenlignet med øvrige opphold i Sri Lanka.

Nice and clean room, fantastic view from from balcony. The pool area is lovely when accessible. The proximity of AFTER SURF rooftop bar. Very nice bathroom.

Ants on the balcony that were entering the room, infesting our suitcases. First hotel in Sri Lanka where the room didn't have a kettle and a complimentary tea and coffee. We really lacked this, as during the breakfast only one cup of coffee is included in the price. This was also a first in Sri Lanka at the very end of our vacation. We even saw people buying their own tea kettle. No bedside tables next to the bed. Not to mention nightlamps -as there are no bedside gtables, there are no bedside lamps. The pool area is lovely but lacks sun loungers - on last day there were so many people at the pool that people were lying on the towels in the grass. The breakfast was tasty but the smallest amount of all the hotels we had visited. Overall we couldn't understand if the hotel and the surfing school is one and the same or separate instances. We couldn't distinguish which people are working for the hotel and which are from surfing instructors. This hotel lacks the Sri Lankan welcoming warmth. It feels cold and impersonal probably due to European tourist students working in the breakfast area. We would suggest equipping the rooms with the tea kettle and hiring local waiters instead of students from Europe - people from Europe come to Sri Lanka because of the lovely smiling people.
