Awful villa alarm Going off all night fridge smelly and dirty floors filthy 3 flights of stairs not suitable for a family basement door wouldn’t shut garden had a huge drop off unsuitable and very dangerous for family staff not helpful very rude will e seeking a refund

We loved the ocean view from our balcony and the pool area, lawn areas and restaurant were kept clean and great quality. The staff at the restaurant were very polite.

We have stayed here before but were disappointed on this occasion to have an insects issue around the whole villa. Ants crawling on our beds daily, ants crawling on the kitchen worktop, ants crawling on the floors in every room and bedside units. There are lots of holes that ants manage to crawl through on a daily and it takes a lot of cleaning effort from us the customers to clear them away. There should be a fumigation system in place not to have such an issue. We found cockroaches in the bathroom, were moved to another villa but there was still an ants problem. We put it down to poor finishing work on the build as not all panels are sealed. It wasn’t ideal having one of the staff justifying finding cockroaches because it’s a “tropical country”. I am from a tropical country and do not have those issues in our residence. Also the cleaners didn’t always sweep all areas which added more work for us to do on a daily. We also didn’t have our bin changed, which left us with no choice but to have litter kept on the kitchen table. Noisy customers at the restaurant during the night which wasn’t ideal. Noisy neighbours who staff spoke to after complaining about them, then the noise stopped that night. We didn’t want to keep asking for help, but the noise was daily, the walls are very thin so if you hear a chair pulled, it goes through your whole body 😅 We would return if we have reassurance all the above isn’t a continuous issue.
